Through an expanding network of embassies, consulates, and global missions, UKB is actively forging diplomatic relationships with nations, regional blocs, international organizations, and human rights institutions. Our foreign relations and diplomatic policies are guided by a doctrine of non-aggression, mutual recognition, and responsible nation-building. UKB has issued a powerful Open Letter to the World, a declaration that outlines our peaceful intentions, the legal and historical basis for our self-determination, and an invitation to the international community to stand with us as partners, not spectators. This letter is addressed not only to states but to peoples—governments, institutions, and freedom-loving citizens around the globe.

We are actively engaging with international bodies to formalize recognition of UKB’s sovereignty through peaceful, lawful channels. Our diplomatic efforts emphasize that the path to independence does not require war, but truth, documentation, and persistence.

In alignment with our humanitarian values, UKB offers support to asylum seekers, exiles, and stateless persons, especially those displaced due to conflict, persecution, or historical injustices.
